TSLimpact, a product of TSL Consulting Pvt. Ltd., provides a software application to create, launch, and manage online email campaigns, email blasts and newsletters to varied entities (Services).
The Service may not be used for the sending of unsolicited email (sometimes called SPAM)
Persons under the age of 18 (eighteen) may use the Services and submit relevant information as requested online only in conjunction with and under the supervision of their parents or guardians.
- The information we collect and store
We may collect and store the following information in relation to the Services:
Information you provide: When you register an account, we collect some personal information, such as your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and home and business postal addresses. You may also provide us with your contacts, email addresses when sharing folders or files with them. We also store and manage information to facilitate your email campaigns. This includes information about your, customers, employees or other recipients, such as email addresses, emails received, links accessed (we sometimes track this on your request through our software) and other details entered into our systems, which are subject to our Agreement but are not otherwise limited or controlled by us. It is possible that in this respect we could handle sensitive information such as information about professional association membership, political beliefs, health and religion. We do not use this information for our own purposes.
Log Data: When you use the Services, we automatically record information from your device, its software, and your activity using the Services. This may include the device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, information you search for on our website, local preferences, identification numbers associated with your devices, your mobile carrier, date and time stamps associated with transactions, system configuration information, physical system information, metadata concerning your Files, and other interactions with the Services.
Special Offers and Updates: We send all new users a welcoming email to verify their new account and confirm their passwords and usernames. Established users will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications. Customers can unsubscribe via the unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of each email.
We may, if it is necessary, send out a strictly service related announcements. For e.g. if the Services are temporarily suspended due to maintenance, we may send Users an email to that effect. Generally, Users may not opt-out of these communications, though they can deactivate their User Account. These communications should not be considered promotional in nature.
E-mail Communications: To help us make e-mails more productive, and to improve our service and your shopping experience, we will sometimes send you newsletters of our services and products, notifications of changes to our policies, and order confirmations. If you do not want to receive e-mail from us, other than order notifications and receipts, please adjust your ‘Subscription preferences’ by logging into your account.
You are always free to decline our cookies if your browser permits, although in that case you may not be able to use certain features on our website and subsequently the Services, and you may be required to re-enter your password more frequently during a session.
- How We Use Personal Information
Personal Information: In the course of using the Service, we may collect personal information that can be used to contact or identify you (Personal Information). Personal information is or may be used:

We may also collect, use and disclose your personal information in connection with suspected fraud, misconduct and unlawful activity.
We use your internet protocol (IP) address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website. We do not link your IP address which accesses our website to any personal information. We use tracking information to determine which areas our site user’s visit based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how often each page is visited. This helps us maintain a superior and informative website for you.

For Services: We may share your information in relation to any complaints, notices or any legal issues which may be raised by the recipient of the e-mails or newsletter distributed through the Services.
Affiliates: We may provide your personal information to our affiliates. For example, we may disclose information to our affiliates in order to respond to your requests for information or Services.
Joint Marketing Arrangements: Where permitted by law, we may provide your personal information to joint marketers with whom we have a marketing arrangement. We require all joint marketers to safeguard your personal information, and prohibit them from making unauthorized or unlawful use of your personal information.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement Requests: We may disclose your personal information to outside parties, when we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

- Protect the safety of any person from death or serious bodily injury;

Social Media Platforms: You may wish to participate in social media platform hosted and made available by us. The main aim of the social media platform is to facilitate and allow you to share content. However, we cannot be held responsible if you share personal information on social media platform that is subsequently used, misused or otherwise appropriate by another user.
Non-private or Non-Personal Information: Any data, information material you transmit or post or submit on the website or on User Account without any confidentiality setting such as non-private, shall be considered and treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, subject to the data security provisions and you grant us a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive right to use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, publish, disclose and distribute any such material.
- Changing or Deleting Your Information
If you are a registered user and you have a User Account, you may review, update, correct or delete the personal information provided in your User Account. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our services, you may update or delete it by making the change on your account settings. In some cases we may retain copies of your information if required by law.
- Data Retention
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We may retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Consistent with these requirements, we will try to delete your information quickly upon reasonable request. Please note, however, that there might be latency in deleting information from our servers and backed-up versions might exist after deletion. In addition, we do not delete from our servers files that you have in common with other users.
The security of your personal information is important to us, we host the data on multi-domain servers of BigRock, which is an accredited registrar of Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). Also, all Personal Information provided is transmitted using SSL (Secured Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is coding system which lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us.
We adhere to the best practices for data protection, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
As a matter of security we take back-up of systems periodically. Although we provide appropriate firewalls and protections but our systems are not hack proof. Data pilferage due to unauthorized hacking, virus attacks, technical issues is possible and we take no liabilities or responsibilities for it.
You are responsible for all actions taken with your User Account and password, including fees incurred by your account. Therefore, we do not recommend that you disclose your password to any third parties. If you choose to share your User Account and password or your personal information with third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your User Account. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personal information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf.
- Limitation of Liability
Service Provider will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, and all liabilities (including for negligence, loss or damage such as loss of revenue, unavailability of system or loss of data and loss of your personal information) and for use of or inability to use material, products or services of any kind that is offered or to provide indemnity or any other remedy to User or any third party.

Any opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, or any other Users are those of the respective author(s) or distributors and not of the Service Provider.
Your decision to act on such third party content shall be solely at your own risk.
